Every plan includes the group's own registered number, and refills every month.
- No business, no EIN, no paperwork. Your name and a card. The carrier registration a group number needs is ours to handle, not yours — we do it, and we pay for it.
- No overage charges, ever. Nothing is billed that you did not buy. Run out and the group simply pauses — unless you have switched auto-refill on yourself, which is the only way anything is ever added, and it stops at the monthly limit you set.
- Cancel any time. The group runs to the end of the month you paid for, and that is the end of it.
Every plan includes the group's own number. Running low? Add 1,000 texts for $14 at any time — added texts never expire. Groups over 120 people: contact us.
What am I actually paying for?
Text messages — one per person, per message.
Free group chat apps send messages over the internet, where sending one costs nobody anything. This sends real text messages, and one group message is not one text: a message to a 20-person group counts as 20, being 19 going out plus the one coming in from whoever sent it. A very long message, or one written in Hebrew or Yiddish, is split by the network and counts as two per person.
Your plan is a bundle of those texts at a flat price, and it includes the registered number your group texts from. That's the whole of it — no fee per person, no other math, nothing else to buy.
If you run low mid-month
Add texts to any plan whenever you like: +1,000 texts for $14. Texts you add roll over and never expire; your plan's texts refill every month, and get used first.
Prefer hands-off? Turn on auto-refill: when the group runs out, we add more automatically — you set a monthly maximum, so there are never surprises. And there are no overage fees, ever: with nothing left, the chat simply pauses until the month rolls over or you add more. Admins also keep a small reserve for urgent announcements.
Changing plans, or stopping
- Moving up a plan takes effect right away (prorated by Stripe).
- Moving down takes effect at the end of the month you paid for.
- Cancel anytime — the group keeps running until that month ends.
